One-On-One Lifestyle Coaching

Our clinical professionals will meet one-on-one with you to discuss a variety of tools and techniques to get results and to serve your needs. We provide education regarding proper nutrition, foods that make you hungry and can cause sugar levels to spike, and lifestyle changes. We provide individual assistance with successful accountability issues and helpful tools to keep you motivated.

MyWeight™ Individualized Weight Loss Solution allows for each patient to decide what level of assistance and coaching is needed. At each lifestyle coaching session, you are encouraged to fully participate by addressing your personal situation, specific questions, challenges and goals. We assess your situation and assist with determining the tools you need for a healthier life and weight loss success.

Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT)

Medical nutrition therapy includes a supplement fortified with a unique branch-chained amino acid formula, egg white protein and nonfat calcium solids. Branch-chained amino acids balance metabolism, control hunger and normalize sugar levels. The 1500 mg of bioavailable calcium per day is also included to increase metabolism and decrease hunger.

Getting Physical: Exercise and Weight Loss

Although diet is 90% of the weight loss battle, being physically active is critical for weight loss, disease management, mental health and long-term lifestyles changes.
